After the loss, Pacquiao, who dropped to a 59-7-2 record, said he would seek a rematch with Horn when asked by Top Rank reporter Cristina Poncher.

The Filipino boxer also said, in a report by GMA News, he would prefer the rematch to take place in Manila.

“May rematch naman so walang problema,” Pacquiao said in the report. “Gusto ko nga, (kung) may ganun man, tingnan natin baka pwede dito sa Manila. Dito sana sa Pilipinas.”

Horn was also open to fighting Pacquiao again, but both their camps have yet to formally talk about any plans of a rematch.
